How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select your size, and click "Add to cart". Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment. It's that simple.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as cash on delivery across Egypt.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately via Instagram @ramsportswear or our Contact page. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out the better.
Sizing
How do I know which size to order?
We have a detailed size chart for every product. We strongly recommend checking it before ordering — our sizing is developed for the Egyptian body, so it fits true to size.
What if my size is out of stock?
Message us on Instagram and we'll let you know when it's back. You can also check back on the product page — we restock regularly.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days anywhere in Egypt. Cairo and Giza orders are often faster.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. See our full Refund & Exchange Policy for details.
How do I start a return or exchange?

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We're sorry if that happened. Message us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number — we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

Are your products made in Egypt?
Yes. All RAM Sportswear products are designed and manufactured in Egypt using high-quality performance fabrics.
How do I care for my RAM products?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry — hang to dry. Do not iron directly on prints or logos. This keeps the fabric performing longer.
