EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Please read before submitting an Exchange or Return request

• You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Requests are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and you will receive an email notification once your request is approved or declined.

• Shipping fees apply: EGP 120 for returns and EGP 100 for exchanges — unless the item is damaged or not as described, in which case all costs are covered by us.

• Refunds (if applicable) are issued within 3 business days after the courier confirms receipt of the returned item.

• Sale items are non-refundable. They may only be exchanged.

Store Policy


1. Shipment Receipt

• If the customer refuses to receive the shipment for any reason, they must cover the shipping costs, which should be paid to the courier/delivery agent.

• The shipping company’s delivery agent does not represent our store; they are only a third-party intermediary. Any behavior from the agent reflects the reputation of the shipping company, not our store. If the customer faces any issues with the agent, they should report it to us immediately and the shipping company as well. 

Return Policy

1. If the products are damaged or do not match the description, the store will cover all related costs.

2. If the customer requests a return, the product should be in the same condition as he/she received it, but they will bear all shipping costs, which include:

• EGP 120 (return shipping cost).

• The initial shipping cost, depending on the customer’s location.

3. Custom orders cannot be returned, except in cases where the product is damaged or has a design error.

4. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Any request after this period will not be accepted.

5. If the customer is eligible for a refund, the amount will be transferred within 3 days after the courier/delivery agent receives the returned product from the customer.

 

Exchange Policy

1. Products can be exchanged only if they are undamaged, unworn, and unwashed. The customer must cover the exchange shipping cost of EGP 100.

2. If the new product is cheaper than the exchanged product, the difference (after deducting the exchange shipping cost) will be refunded to the customer within 3 days of receiving the returned product.

3. If the new product is more expensive than the exchanged product, the customer must pay the price difference + exchange shipping cost upon receiving the new shipment.

4. If a customer requests an exchange for a product that is currently out of stock and decides to wait for it to become available, the product cannot be returned if more than 3 days have passed, even if all return conditions are met.
